This presentation is an overview through music, narration and drama of the events and characters in Old Testament times leading towards the concept of the Messiah and the New Testament accounts of the events surrounding the birth of
Jesus, the subsequent flight into Egypt and His later 'appearance', apart from one brief temple appearance, until His ministry began.
One of the pieces the choir sing is 'Immanuel'. It has been especially written for the choir, by our pianist Margaret Jones. It had its 'World Premiere' at the St Stephen's, Elton concert and was very well received.
